Which collection is right for my property?
Choose Aerial if you mainly need drone images showing the layout and scale of your land. Choose Showcase for a polished set of ground and aerial photos for a listing, rental, or business. Choose Legacy for farms, homesteads, and family properties with a story worth preserving in both photographs and film.
How many images will we receive?
Aerial includes 10–15 edited aerial images, and Showcase includes 25+ ground and aerial images. Legacy includes a full curated gallery plus a short cinematic film of about 2–4 minutes. Everything is delivered in an online gallery.
Is drone coverage guaranteed?
Drone photography and film depend on weather, visibility, and airspace rules. We review your location before the session, and if conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule or talk through the best next step.
Can family members or property owners be included?
Yes. Family or owner portraits can be incorporated into the session when they are part of the story you want to preserve.
Can you photograph large properties?
Yes. Large acreage, multiple buildings, or complex access may need more time or flight coverage, so larger properties may require a custom quote.
Can we use the images for a listing or marketing?
Yes. Standard usage rights for the property or business photographed are included. Paid advertising and third-party licensing are available separately.
Can the photographs and film be used for a family business?
Yes. Standard usage for the property or business being photographed is included. Paid advertising, third-party use, and broader commercial licensing may require additional licensing.

A Different View for the Place You Know
Aerial imagery gives context to a property that ground photography alone cannot provide, showing the relationship between the home, land, outbuildings, fields, woods, roads, and surrounding landscape.
For farms, acreage, estates, and rural properties especially, those views often become some of the most meaningful images in the collection.
Drone photography and video are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, property location, and safe flying conditions.
