Which collection is right for my business?
Choose Brand Refresh for a polished set of updated images for your website and social media. Choose Content Vault for a larger image library to use across your marketing, including aerial imagery when it fits your story. Choose Progress to document a project, build, or renovation as it happens.
How much planning is involved before the session?
Quite a bit — intentionally. We’ll talk through your business, audience, goals, upcoming marketing needs, locations, people, products, and how you plan to use the final imagery. The goal is to create content with a purpose rather than simply showing up and photographing whatever happens to be there.
What can we photograph during the session?
Depending on your business, we may photograph owner and team portraits, your workspace, products, services in action, behind-the-scenes details, customer experience, property, process, and the quieter details that help tell the full story of what you do.
How will we receive our images, and how can we use them?
You'll receive professionally edited, high-resolution images in an online gallery with download access. Commercial use for your website, social media, and marketing is included. Paid advertising and third-party licensing are available separately.
Can you include aerial imagery or video?
Yes. Aerial imagery is included in Content Vault and Progress when it adds to the story. Let us know on the form below if you're interested in video or b-roll, and we'll include it in your quote.
How do we prepare for our session?
Every collection begins with a planning questionnaire, and we'll guide you through what to photograph, where, and how you'll use the images, so your session time goes toward what you actually need.
How many images will we receive?
Because every business and project is different, we don’t promise an exact image count. You’ll receive a carefully curated gallery of professionally edited images that reflects the variety we’re able to create during your coverage.
Can we use the images for our website and social media?
Yes. Standard commercial usage for your business’s website, organic social media, and owned marketing materials is included. Paid advertising, large campaigns, third-party use, and other expanded licensing may require additional licensing.
Can we photograph more than one location?
The collection is built around up to four hours of coverage, so nearby locations may be incorporated when the schedule allows. Projects involving significant travel or multiple locations may require a custom proposal.
When will we receive the final gallery?
Your delivery timeline will be confirmed before your session based on the scope of the project. Larger content collections require more post-production time than a standard portrait session.
Can Progress visits be scheduled throughout a project?
Yes. Each Progress visit is priced individually, and recurring visits can be scheduled throughout your build or renovation.
